RETURNS

Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. If you wish to return a product, use the returns form at the end of this page.

You have the right to open the package but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging shall be returned without having been tampered with. Please note that as the customer, you first have to accept the original delivery. If you do not and the parcel is returned back to us, all delivery and shipping expenses fall on you. Also remember that you are responsible for a returned product until it reaches us. Send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

COMPLAINTS 

If the item you have received is defective, please use the returns form at the end of this page or contact us at s@stephengill.co.uk. Nobody books will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

When returning goods by post please ensure to enclose a copy of your receipt. If you have not received one or lost it, you can contact us at at s@stephengill.co.uk . If you wish to send back the whole or part of the order we will refund the amount you have paid. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) reach our warehouse.

NOTE! Returns sent to us without approved return or complaint confirmation or will not be accepted.

Nobody books reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
